Alliance Teambuilding for the CVF

This year ended on a high for us with the first Alliance Team Building Programme for the partners of CVF - the builders of the navy's new aircraft carriers.

Based at HMS Caledonia and using the Forth as the setting for the team based projects, participants moved in 36 hours from complete beginner status to planning and delivering the 'Forth Challenge' exercise afloat in high speed RIBs - Rigid inflatable Boats. They have thrown down the gauntlet for future teams with an excellent score!

As well as the team development, partiicpants agreed the ethos of their work together as well as a number of other project topics.  An artists impression of the carrier is included below together with a picture afloat.
